Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days of receiving the item. This period is established by law itself and guarantees customers the possibility of canceling the purchase without having to provide any reason.
Refund times
The refund will be made only after receiving the return and verifying that the returned item meets the requirements for the refund, that is, that it has not been damaged, deformed or modified in any way. It may take up to 30 business days before the money can be credited back to the payment method selected at the time of the order. The timing depends on the buyer's banking institution.
Exceptions
All returns will be accepted, within the terms established by law, provided that the items in question have not been damaged, deformed or modified in any way by the buyer.
How to request a return
To request a return, simply write a message through our contact section, entering your details and order number in the appropriate form. Once the request has been sent, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and follow them through the return process.
Return options
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The customer can choose between 2 types of compensation:

Coupon: A single-use code will be created for the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs. The code can be used within 90 days from the date of issue. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

Refund: the customer will send the return to the registered office of Nyno 3D and will be refunded the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs. For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be visible on the customer's credit card statement after a maximum of 30 days from the refund date, the timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid by Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
How to ship the return
We recommend using the same box and packaging as the original order. Once the return request has been processed, the customer must ship the return to the following address:
